Lisa & Mark are from Cranston, RI and have been engaged since April 15, 2008. Here is why Lisa thinks they should win the NBC10 Free Wedding Giveaway:
‘I think we should win because we have a very special love story (I understand everyone else does also). We are an older couple and we know what we really want in life . We have lived life and know the ups and downs and how true love really does last a lifetime. He was my first love and I was his first love and by him saveing that ring for 28 years to put back on my finger is a special thing. We are planning on getting married and are saveing money to pay for my parents to fly here from Florida to be with us on our special day (they live on a fixed income). Mark and I should have married when we were younger but life did not have it that way. We now have a second chance and we are doing it the right way. We will live our lives together till the end of time. I know in most cases it it the young couples who are chosen but the older couples also want a special wedding.“

This is liese marshall mark marshall’s daughter. i think my dad and lisa should win this free wedding thing because they are happy with eachother. me and lisa have our ups and downs but i was kindah rude to her when i first met her because i didnt want another woman in my dads life but i always thought tht if i be bad and always fight with them and her tht i would ruin their relationship. but i know my dad really loves her, he used to tell me all the storys about her when they was younger. they always have a good time. they barley fight they are always cuddling on the couch watching tv and thts cute. it would be great if they’d win the free wedding. =]
